Our experience at the deluxe room in this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite opting for a deluxe room to prioritize exploring Gangtok's scenic views, the room itself wasn't worth the price. Located in the basement among the eight floors of the building, navigating the numerous stairs without lifts was inconvenient. The staff's behavior, particularly that of receptionist Prerna, left much to be desired. It felt as though we were unwelcome guests, and the receptionists showed no concern for our luggage, leaving us to manage it ourselves. Accessing the market from the backside involved a strenuous walk with numerous steep stairs. Service was lacking, with no TV subscriptions for entertainment and poorly managed corridors. An early morning disturbance due to water leakage was handled poorly, with continuous ringing of the bell instead of addressing the issue promptly. The absence of amenities such as a full-length mirror and washroom exhaust added to the discomfort. The crowded corridor, with rooms situated close to each other, further disrupted our stay. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. Despite our hopes for a pleasant stay, the staff did not exude happiness or warmth; they were not happy and smiling people. Even after taking 8k for two days that too for deluxe room, they seems to be miser. Not recommended.

This hotel is located minutes away from the MG Marg, which is a big shopping area in Gangtok. The rooms are spacious ( we are in a suite room). We had a balcony from where we can have a scenic view of the hills. The food is good. The service is nice. This may be compared with a 3 star hotel, but it is within the budget. So one can definitely book this hotel without second thoughts.

Located centrally, what sets this establishment apart is not only the physical comfort but also the warmth exuded by its service. The staff goes above and beyond to create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels not just attended to, but truly valued. It's this personal touch that transforms a stay from merely good to truly memorable. And let's not forget the culinary journey this hotel invites its guests on. The food isn't just good; it's a gastronomic delight that tantalizes taste buds and showcases a culinary expertise that elevates the overall dining experience. From local delicacies to international flavors, each dish is a masterpiece that adds a flavorful dimension to the stay.My compliments to Chef Bikram Pradhan and his team. I must also compliment the service rendered by Rabina of Summit corporate office. Keep it up!!!

Modest hotel with comfortable rooms and good food prepared by chef Bikram. The best part of the hotel is that it is very close walkable distance to the MG road, which is the cental place of all action more like a mall road in other hill stations They do have a limited number of umbrellas which you can take if it begins to drizzle The only problem here is the beds are very small in the width and 2 well built adults can not fit in and be comfortable. On request for change of room or asking for twin separate beds the answer was all beds are same and on asking for extra bed so that can sleep separately they ask for extra charge. This should be rectified

I recently had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and I must extend my gratitude to Utsav and Sabita for their impeccable room service. While it would have been great to have gym and kids area facilities, I suggest adding a mini fridge and oven in the Premium with Private Balcony Room. Special thanks to Phurmit Lepcha for going the extra mile, ensuring our first visit to Gangtok was truly memorable. Overall, a fantastic stay!
